About My Approach
I use evidence-based approaches like IFS (parts work), ACT, DBT, and EMDR, woven with a heart-centered focus on your story. This may include reconnecting with your inner child, tending to parts of you that feel stuck, silenced, or burdened, and exploring how early relationships still influence your present.
I offer both virtual therapy—where you can show up in the comfort of your own space — and walk-and-talk sessions in nature, which can bring calm, clarity, and grounding.
I believe healing happens when we feel understood, seen, and empowered to be our whole self.
